Customer Reviews

The Trustpilot link in the review strip takes you to The Flights Guru’s independent review profile. Read recent feedback on that platform and check the current rating there. Individual reviews reflect the experience of their authors and do not establish the conditions of your own booking.

Every group has different priorities. Share your preferred departure airports, travel dates, destination and passenger numbers so we can explore options that fit your plans. A clear brief helps us compare suitable flights and accommodation rather than treating every trip the same.

Think about what matters most to your travellers: convenient connections, room arrangements, baggage allowances, accessibility or keeping everyone on the same itinerary. Tell us about these requirements at the enquiry stage so they can be considered alongside your budget.

Your quote should set out the services included and the conditions that apply. Airline and supplier rules vary, so payment deadlines, name amendments and cancellation terms need to be reviewed for the specific booking before you confirm.

Use the enquiry form to start a conversation about your plans. If dates or passenger numbers are not final, include that in your message so the available options can be discussed with you.
